SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT (5 Days)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and create purchase orders
  • Prepare documentations such as airway bill, letter of credit etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with supplier and customer
  • Work closely with sales team to resolve delivery/lead time issues
  • Provide after sales-service and work closely with customers in resolving quality/payment issues
  • Support ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably GCE ‘O’/Diploma holders with 1-2 years Admin/Accts experience
  • Must be PC literate
  • Good negotiation and customer service skills
  • Pleasant disposition and hardworking with a positive mindset

Working hours: 8.30am-5.00pm
